Grande Classico Montebianco. Hazelnut-colour liquid paste with characteristic of hazelnut flavour (blend of Italian hazelnuts).
ZABAGLIONE P
High dosage paste, suitable for ice creams and pastries, with the characteristic Zabaione flavour.
VANIGLIA BOURBON NATUR (Vanilla)
100% natural Bourbon vanilla with a light yellow colour and a delicate taste featuring floral notes and hints of cocoa. Contains powdered vanilla.
VANIGLIA BOURBON
Bourbon Vanilla paste with a straw yellow colour, containing vanilla powder.
TUTTO UOVO COLORATO
Coloured, egg yolk with added sugar. Can be used to make both ice creams and pastries.
TORTA PARADISO
Slightly vanilla-flavoured paste that replicates the simple but elegant Angel Food Cake.
SORRISO AMARO
Composed of hazelnuts and cocoa for making the typical Bacio flavour, with no added sugar.

White chocolate flavoured paste with a delicate, slightly caramel taste.
